As he attempted to pass another competitor in the tricky rhythm section of the X Games ski cross course Sunday, 2010 Olympic medal hopeful Daron Rahlves crashed hard, potentially ending his season. Rahlves was taken off the course in a sled and immediately transferred to Aspen Valley Hospital, where initial reports indicate he suffered a dislocated right hip and a potential concussion.
