Copper Mountain will open to the public for the winter season Friday, Nov. 5 offering 2,300 vertical feet of top-to-bottom skiing and riding, nearly 60 acres of terrain and 20 inches of man-made and natural snow.
The US Women's Downhill Team has been following snow around the world this summer, first in Chile and now in Switzerland and Austria. They are finding great conditions and excellent pre-season training for the 2000-2001 season.
Skiers and riders can grab great deals at Winter Park and Copper Mountain this season with a reduction in prices and blackout dates for the Four Pass and a new rental pass program for affordable deals on rental equipment. Sales begin Sept. 3, 2004 and will include individual resort season passes and the dual-mountain Rocky Mountain Super Pass.
