Most of Snowbird's summery exploits involve the resort's tram, which deposits visitors at the mountain's 11,000-foot summit in a scenic 20-minute ride. Take advantage of more hedonistic pleasures at the Cliff Spa, on the ninth and tenth floors of the Cliff Lodge. Best Beds The Cliff is a three-minute walk to the Tram Center and home to The Aerie, the resort's Wine Spectator-award-winning restaurant. It's beloved by powder hounds who gladly pay $319 for a Canyon View bedroom in February. But come July, when the wildflowers are blooming and it's time to take the Trek on the tram, the same room goes for just $139. And a Deluxe bedroom, which will set you back $409 in winter, is $169 in summer, nearly 60 percent off (800-232-9542; snowbird.com).
