Cache Cache
Having opened its doors in 1987, Cache Cache is one of Aspen’s most established restaurants. Under the direction of chef Chris Lanter, this classic French bistro serves up fare that is sophisticated, classic and elegant, but never fussy. The restaurant has developed a loyal local clientele because of its dedication to service. (And the wine list, which won the Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator in 2008, isn’t bad either.) The menu changes seasonally, but don’t miss the veal ossobucco, which has remained a staple for more than 20 years.
