Located in Ketchum’s oldest standing buildings, the Ketchum Grill makes all of their breads, salami, entrees, and desserts on site. With a focus on regional fare, they use their applewood grill to cook nightly fish specials, and also have a nightly slow-food special such as local Lava Lake lamb and Chickadee Creek beef.
