Mahogany Ridge

Mahogany Ridge

More than a simple brewpub.

Mahogany Ridge

This place is slick and far surpasses the humble brewpub roots it claims to come from. Located downtown at 5th and Lincoln, Mahogany Ridge has an incredibly vast and varied menu for a brewery and grill. They have everything from classic pub fare, like fish & chips and spicy buffalo fingers, to interesting larger plates like Southwestern shrimp and grits and spicy chipotle chicken pot pie. If you are looking to bring your dinner to another level, try the dipping menu. Choose your entrée—maybe Yucatan pork tenderloin or lemongrass mahi mahi— then choose two dipping sauces from the selection ranging from rosemary mint mojo to salsas to wasabi cream. Pair your meal with a wine from their extensive list. If you’re not up for a huge meal after a powder day, cruise down from Sunshine Peak via Two O’Clock to Mahogany Ridge for one of the best happy hours. Instead of trying just one of their famous microbrews, get a sampler of all eight. Pay special attention to the creamy porter while you sample one-dollar tapas and listen to live, local bands over the weekend.
