Stop in this family-friendly restaurant for some butter chicken and mac-and-cheese.

It’ll take a few hours to get to Whistler from the airport, but you’ll be traveling along Highway 99, a.k.a. the Sea to Sky Highway, and you’ll be too distracted by the views to notice the drive time. Fly into the Canadian metropolis of Vancouver and take a two-hour bus or shuttle into Whistler. Or you can take a dramatic train ride along the Sea to Sky corridor for just an hour longer. The WAVE, or Whistler Transit, buses will take you all around town, almost 24 hours a day.

This family-friendly homestyle restaurant is located right in the heart of Whistler in the Village Common building. They have ribs, butter chicken, and mac-and-cheese, as well as a 10-dollar kids menu that includes a drink, an entrée, like grilled cheese, and dessert. Grab a beer and settle down in the cozy atmosphere to watch the game after a long day of skiing.
