BEAVER CREEK, Colo. Nov. 26, 2004 - Snow continues to fall in Beaver Creek today as the resort prepares to open Rose Bowl Lift (#4) at 9 a.m. tomorrow. Intermediate runs slated to open tomorrow include Stone Creek Meadows, C Prime, Barrel Stave and Fool's Gold. Bridle run in Rose Bowl will also open. As of 1:30 p.m. today, Beaver Creek is reporting eleven inches of snow at mid-mountain in the past 24 hours. According to the National Weather Service, snow showers are expected to continue into next week.

The opening of an additional 75 acres of terrain tomorrow will allow guests to enjoy skiing and snowboarding on 291 acres of terrain and 17 runs accessed by five chairlifts.

Skiers and riders in Beaver Creek tomorrow can experience beginner and intermediate terrain served by the Haymeadow Lift (#1), the Drink of Water Lift (#5), the Cinch Express Lift (#8), the Centennial Express Lift (#6) and the Rose Bowl Lift (#4). Mountain operations crews are working hard to prepare additional terrain. Crews expect to open more terrain over the weekend including advanced runs Cataract and Ripsaw in the Rose Bowl area. Terrain and lift openings will be announced as conditions permit.

Guests should park for free in the Bear Lot (formerly West Lot) along Highway 6 in Avon. Guests will be directed to other lots when the Bear Lot reaches capacity. Shuttles run frequently from the lots to Beaver Creek Village. Limited pay parking is available in Beaver Creek Village.
