The Beer: a big, malty brown ale, brewed on site, judiciously hopped—and packing a wallop (7.8 percent alcohol). The Burger: a third of a pound of locally ground USDA Prime, marinated in beer and herbs and served on a Thomas' EnglishMuffin. The price: just $6.95 on Thursday nights. Make ours medium rare. And no, you can't have a bite.
