Time to go the shop and buy a brand new pair of skis. Sounds like you should explore early rise tips and tails like what Rossi makes, and go wider than you think. The turning radius is quicker than you'd think and if you look at a pair of fat skis and think they'll lose quickness on the groomers, Think again. There's a reason they make the skis they do today, and that is that they are AWESOME. It might take some getting used to, but trust me, I wouldn't take the time to write this unless I were positive. Do it. You're not getting any younger.
As a demo tester in equipment sales for our retail stores, if you want to stay with rossi then seek out the S3 or the new experience series of skies which comes in various widths and lengths. You will open a new world of skiing for yourself. atomicmrski
