These restaurants are located in both Aspen and Vail and were built with attention to every detail. Muralists painted the walls and floors, the tables were hand-tiled, and kitchen counters were made from stone taken out of Colorado quarries. Stop in to try the Frutti di Mare alla Griglia, grilled seafood, or the Rigatoni Montanara, an Italian sausage dish, served to you by a friendly and experienced staff. The high-energy restaurants are open year-round, and they have outside patios that are open for warm-weather eating.
