Before that, the nearest sushi to Stratton was a good 40 minutes away. Their most popular dish is the Sun Bowl, a combination of chopped tuna, salmon, avocado, and unagi sauce, over a bowl of rice. They also have a good offering of microbrewed Japanese sake.
