Warren, VT Oct. 30, 2003--Sugarbush Resort, Vt., hosted an incredibly successful Fulfillment Weekend for its new luxury resort lodge with more than $16 million in sales put under contract during the two-day event. The Lodge at Lincoln Peak, scheduled to open in the fall of 2005, will be a fractional ownership property offering four-star amenities such as ski-in/ski-out access, a world-class spa and wellness center, and access to Sugarbush's Robert Trent Jones, Sr. golf course. It will also feature two distinctive dining rooms with one of the finest wine cellars in Vermont.

The Fulfillment Weekend, which came on the heels of Sugarbush's kick-off gala for the mountain's 45th birthday, was designed as an innovative opportunity for buyers to convert their reservations into purchases. More than 100 families took part in the weekend's events and it was the first time new owners had a chance to meet as a "neighborhood."

"The remarkable turnout validates the need for a high-end residential option in the Mad River Valley," remarked Jeff Fagan of The Inner Circle, the firm responsible for sales and marketing of the Sugarbush property. "Three of the five premium suites in the Lodge have already completely sold out." The Lodge at Lincoln Peak will have 141 mountain residences ranging in size from spacious studios and efficient one-bedroom units to luxurious premium three-bedroom suites. The main lobby will feature three-story Maple trees and a large fireplace built from local stone. All residences will feature high ceilings, designer selected furniture, kitchens, fireplaces, balconies, and a host of other amenities that will position the Lodge as one the top destination properties in North America. Sugarbush Resort broke ground on the Lodge this fall.

Inspired by the great lodges of the West, including the Old Faithful Inn in Yellowstone National Park, MT, and Timberline Lodge at Mt. Hood, OR, The Lodge at Lincoln Peak's design is unique, environmentally sensitive, and will celebrate the richness of culture, sophistication and heritage found in Vermont's Mad River Valley.

Warren resident David Sellers is the lead architect on the project with Boston-based Leggat McCall Properties overseeing the design and construction of the new Lodge. Burlington-based Pizzagalli Company is constructing the Lodge.
