"Squat until your feet are perpendicular to the floor?" What does that mean. You should be squatting until your hip crease goes below your patella.

John, what it means is that this video is a mess. No disrespect to the nice person who performed the squats, I am sure she can outski me nine ways to Sunday, but your reps were shallow.
You guys can do better.
