Lets hope this is the case, but are we not just gaining a little lost ground from the past few seasons and not really growing. Is this one of those Obama Job saved/created moments when in reality we got to make up three million jobs just to be even with two yrs ago. But Here is to wishful thinking. I hope these insane airline ticket prices don't do us in either. Keep fingers crossed we all need the work.
What a place, my grandfather was born in Leadville to a miners way of life 73yrs ago and learned to Ski at Cooper. It still tickles his ears to hear of this little treeline heaven. Its real, raw, and the opposite of the rest of Summit County Colorado. It took three generations of miners for Leadville to work its way out of the family genes and its not gone just i like to be on top of the peak , not Buried under it. Please don't talk to much about it, the fur coats might get wind and have to destroy its vibe, lol. I doubt that though with all the stinky hippies running around.
