25 Great Packages

Adventure
By Adam Hirshfield
posted: 11/16/2001

One of the biggest misconceptions about skiing involves the single-day lift ticket price. It's the most-lamented example of how a few days at the slopes will supposedly drain every penny from your pocket. Fact is, with all the package deals available at virtually every resort, there's no reason you should ever have to fork over full fare. A package can give you a price break on everything from lifts and lodging to airfare and nonskiing activities. To get you started, we've compiled a sampling of deals at some of our favorite ski areas. (Unless otherwise noted, all prices are per person and based on double or quad occupancy.)
