Interesting that New Mexico is getting snow while every where else in the central Rockies is dying.
Personally I can't be too bitchy, CO had a few great years in a row recently.

HELLO!!!! I'm reminding you that there is skiing in the Eastern part of the United States......ever hear of Vermont or New Hampshire??????
Interesting data, but let's view the WHOLE U.S.
Been to Steven's Pass and it is fabulous! Glad to see they are doing OK.
And soooo, what is the scientific explanation for all this?

Ths skiing here is just great.
We are skiing top to bottom on runs prepared by the best grooming crew in the business.

Anyone with money and cold weather can get good coverage on the groomed runs, e.g. ...Northstar. The question is what's the quality of the base below the ice crystals that the groomers stir up and can you ski off-piste without scraping the bottom off your skis.

So.......where is the "science"? You have shown some "data", but not a shred of "science" to explain or hypothecate the why or how of this phenomena. Check the dictionary before you write a blurb to entice people to click for more...
