Oakley Splice Goggles
Early June at Arapahoe Basin just might be the ideal time to test goggles—the weather can go from bikini-friendly to blizzarding before you get your fill of watching pond-skimming carnage. As I walked across the parking lot I pulled the Splice down over my eyes to combat the intense glare from the summer sun at around 11,000 feet. After the first few sunny runs, I still hadn’t gotten used to seeing a reflection of my own eye on the inside surface of the pink-mirror lens in greasy, veiny detail. Around lunchtime, the sun went in, the eye reflection went away, and the goggles were in their element—they rock in flat light. It started snowing lightly and I decided to try my luck in the pond. I tucked down the in-run and carved two turns across the glassy surface, soaking my entire body in spray. Beads of water formed on the Splice’s lens, but it still didn’t fog. Pro: I got two compliments on the goggles from strangers in the lift line—the “lava/sky” graphics will elevate anyone’s steeze-muffin status. Con: Not the best lens choice for bluebird days. It's great to hear that
It's great to hear that scientists found a new way to recycle car. I think the way, they found out, is the eco-friendly one. Every year our environment is polluted due to recycled cars. Thanks for sharing. Regards, Jack

You can buy any lens you want
You can buy any lens you want with these goggles. I tested the Pink Iridium but would probably go with a more versatile lens for sunny days.
Just curious, what type of
Just curious, what type of lens did they have in them? Does Oakley make those goggles with different lens options?
