Indo Board PRO
Do you hate working out in the summertime just so you can ski better? I do. Are you finding that as you get older you have to work harder and harder every summer to keep up and stay healthy all winter long? I am. To stay in ski shape during the summer I ride my bike and run as much as possible to keep my leg strength and cardio up. But running and riding doesn’t keep all those random little balance-related leg muscles that need to be maintained in ski shape all summer. My answer is the Indo Board. A couple 10-minute sessions a week in the months leading up to ski season puts me on top of my boards right away like summer never happened. It’s fun, creative, and can be as difficult and strenuous as I want to make it. Do it in front of the TV, in the backyard, in the basement, anywhere really. Pro skiers like Tanner Hall and Glen Plake use it. You should too.
