5. Dumbbell Side Bends on Balance Board

Be Strong

1. Standing on a balance or Bongo board, hold a single dumbbell (start with 10 pounds) in your right hand. While balancing in the middle of the board, lean down the right side to mid-thigh and return slowly upward. Repeat for three sets of 20, then switch to the left side.
