Although I like the feeling of solitude and peace in #11, and I may have voted for #21 without the sepia effect -- I vote for #2 (Carston Oliver at Mt. Baker, Washington, by Grant Gunderson.) for its combination of exhileration and big mountain and lack of "where's waldo".
