Jimmy Carter: 39th President of the United States

Growing up in Georgia and working as a peanut farmer, Carter didn't get the chance to ski until much later on in his life. He claims he "never saw skis until I was 62," but now enjoys Aspen ski vacations with his family. Skiing is a new skill he learned after his presidency and is among many including climbing mountains, writing books, making furniture, and learning more about computers.
