John Kerry: Junior U.S. Senator from Massachusetts

Probably the only snowboarder in our collection, Kerry spends most of his athletic life off the slopes and on a road bike. During the 2004 election where Kerry was a presidential hopeful, he shocked many by taking to the Sun Valley slopes and demonstrating his skills at snowboarding. President George W. Bush later released footage of himself skiing in an effort to show young voters he could be hip as well.
