I don't ski in the park at all. Do I need a twin tip ski?

...and it's much easier to grab your tails with twin tips. And dusting schmoes with your rooster tail is ALWAYS more fun than not.

It all depends on how much
It all depends on how much street cred you want to cultivate.

Well Megan...
If you aren’t skiing switch, you don’t need twin tips. But, they dont hurt. The curved-up tails make the skis feel shorter and more playful. And you never know, you may get bored skiing groomers with your boyfriend and want to try something new.

Twin tips are fun most anywhere except racing and slalom. But so is an all Mtn ski. I ski in the parks with any ski. I mainly enjoy the parks (like the Stash at Killington) because conditions are usually much better than the more populated or popular trails which are often skiied off early. Many people avoid the parks thinking they are full of screwball boarders -- this is rarely the case---most are not screwballs (but they do have a high percentage that stick out and make it seem so). Twin Tips are great in the parks if you want to be a radder---I would not buy a pair if you are a fast or conservative skier and do not like the parks (I would still like to convince u to pick a qiet time and ski around the obstacles and jumps--it is a lot of fun).
