those images were awesome! thought i would add more stoke to the fire! As we all get geared up for winter! I found some great images from Fernie Alpine Resort on this cool blog on the Canadian Rockies and Skiing http://www.skircr.com/matts-blog
Interesting fact is that Fernie Alpine Resort averages over 29 feet of snow a winter but in the last couple of winters has had a winter close to 40 feet!
