The problem with a bowl of cheese is that if it sits too long, it hardens. No problem. "Start with a new pot, add a little more wine, and pour the old, hard fondue in slowly. Stir until it gets creamy again, then add a little cornstarch." Of course, Oswald rarely finds himself taking such drastic measures. "It usually doesn't sit around long enough to get hard. It's too good."
