The much-loved, eminently capable Kenja returns this year with a new, women’s-specific geometry that gives it a tighter turn radius in the tip than the tail. This eases turn initiation and reduces the energy required to finish a carve. But make no mistake: This is an expert ski. Well-balanced, athletic women will find it a joy on groomers and in the trees and bumps, but mellower skiers will discover a more accessible ski than last year’s Kenja. Its width gives it just enough flotation for broken snow and boot-deep powder. An ideal Eastern do-it-all ski or Western frontsider.
