48 hours in Crested Butte
Where to Eat
Photo: Nathan Bilow

Crested Butte demands that you ski hard. So, when you’ve earned it, take the free shuttle from Mount Crested Butte to town. Get off at the first stop, and enjoy the walk down Elk Street.

Hungry for pizza? Make your way to the north end of town to find Secret Stash. Try the Booty Call, a pie piled high with meat and cheese. Order a Mickey’s 40 and they’ll serve it to you in a paper bag (we’re not kidding.)

Craving  Thai? The Ginger Café is your spot. Sip a specialty cocktail at the bar while you wait for a table. The menu is a flavorful mix of Thai and Indian options, with delicious, classically made Pad Thai.

Other options include sushi at The LoBar, The Ice Bar at Uley’s Cabin, and Django’s.
