Beer of the Week
Full Sail Brewing Company: Phil's Existential Alt

Delicious is a foamy beer dripping succulently down neckscruff in high-definition. It’s even more delicious when that beer is Full Sail Brewing Company’s Phil’s Existential Alt. Part of the Hood River, Oregon's brewery’s Brewer’s Share collection, Phil’s was thought up by brewer Phil Roche. It’s an exceptionally smooth concoction with tons of caramel and toffee aromas. Its flavor is reminiscent of a warm cinnamon bun with just the right amount of sweetness followed by a mellow bitterness imparted by German Noble hops. Drinkable but immensely flavorful, Phil’s Existential Alt is the exact kind of beer you’ll want to close out your Friday workday. It will help you relax and get the party started. There’s only one catch. As of the writing of this Beer of the Week, Full Sail has released another Brewer’s Share beer, Chris’s Berliner Weisse. Phil’s is probably going to be pretty tough to track down, I imagine the new beer is pretty damn tasty too. My apologies for being late to the game.

Ok, so maybe the beer itself is substantially more palatable than the neckscruff image, but we’ll let you be the judge.
