The Frisco BBQ Challenge is the largest meat-grilling event in Colorado. Winners are automatically entered into the American Royal BBQ, in Kansas City, the World Cup of barbecue. This year, they’ve added chef demonstrations, including one with Brian Malarkey of Top Chef, and a sauce tasting competition. On Friday and Saturday, don’t miss the pig races down Main Street.
