The reasons I love Larkburger are many— the food is 100% natural, they recycle everything in the store, and they keep the menu and presentation simple. I eat the Ahi Tuna Burger with Truffle Fries. They also offset 100% of their store’s energy consumption with wind power. The whole environmental ethos there is very attractive to me. Plus, the food tastes amazing. —Chris Davenport
