Frenchman Kevin Rolland won the halfpipe competition despite the fact that he threw five tricks to everyone else's six. 

Justin Dorey came in second, just like he did last year, and Breckenridge local Duncan Adams scored the third spot on the podium.  Gus Kenworthy, the only athlete to compete in both pipe and slope, finished fourth in both disciplines.
