Here's something I haven't tried, but would like to. Fischer makes a new series of moldable-shell boots with flexes of 110, 130, and 150. That's right: the shells themselves are fully moldable, using a proprietary heating-and-cooling process done for you at the ski shop. I can't call it revolutionary because I haven't tried it yet, but it sure sounds like it will change the whole process of finding the perfect blend of comfort and performance. —Sam Bass, editor
