Norway's Grete Eliassen, who lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, placed sixth in the women's slopestyle event, which was held at 9:30 on Friday morning. When asked how the early-morning start affected the course, Grete said, "Normally, you'd never see me in a park at 8:30 in the morning. Powder skiing, yes; but in the park, no. But because it's early, the snow will be colder and faster, which helps us get more speed off the jumps."
