#1Wedge your feet into the space where the floor meets the wall. Lie sideways, with your hip leaning on a fit ball. For week nine, start with your hands folded behind your neck, elbows out.
Q: I remember seeing the term "avalement" in an old article in Skiing magazine. It meant using the terrain to initiate a turn. I might be spelling it wrong. I think it's French. If you know more about this term, tell me more. Thanks.
