Like the Ghost, the Impact 10’s shell thickness is graduated - meaning there’s more plastic around the lower foot and boot spine than in front. The result is a sensitive, relatively lightweight boot that skis the entire mountain well. A heel stirrup within the plastic helps transfer energy with very little lag.
