Founded in 1988 by world-champion snowboarder, Tim Windell, Windells Academy has been a major player the snowsports industry for over two decades. This summer, Windells will offer eight week-long sessions and one full-length, 71 day session for overnight campers. For those looking to polish their skills on their own over the summer, the Academy will also offer day camps and access-only camps, where participants can use the private lifts and terrain parks sans coaching and off hill activities. In addition to the world-class snow facilities, there are also five indoor/outdoor skate parks, BMX tracks, and a 12,000 sq. ft. indoor recreation facility, all of which legitimize the Windells mantra: “The funnest place on earth.”
