Done anything new or exciting this summer?
I went to Australia for six weeks with the Nitro Circus crew to put on live shows. We sold out every stadium, some as large as 18,000 people. I was flipping a BMX, a big wheel, and roller skis on a mega ramp. They were calling the show the Cirque du Soleil of extreme sports. It was a huge success and a surreal experience. I’ve never done anything like it, and I had unbelievable amount of fun. And, my wife is pregnant, and I’m going to have a boy in September. I’m excited and terrified!

Looking back at your season, what are the biggest highlights?
I had a fun trip to the North Cascades with TGR. I skied two new ski BASE jumps that I was excited about. I had some bad luck with weather and conditions throughout the winter. I had to juggle Nitro Circus shoots and skiing. It can be difficult to have feet in both doors. I also did some fat suit skiing and wing suit flying for Jackass 3 the movie, due out in October.
