Outfitter: Trial Run, Loki

In Scandinavian lore, Loki was known as a god of mischief who could change his shape and appearance. Along those lines, the Loki hat is a god of versatility, offering at least four head-warming options in an ingeniously simple, patented design. On a snowshoe camping trip, I used it as a traditional hat, a neck gaiter, and a balaclava¿and then stuffed a fleece jacket inside to make it a pillow. It's made of lightweight Polartec fleece.
