D2 VC 75 is the first ski in the world to feature automatically variable radius and flex. The greater the pressure applied to the ski throughout a turn, the wider the ski becomes at the tip and tail. (It' s actually split, and the increased pressure forces the two edges apart.) This decreases the turn radius and allows turns to be carved more tightly. The stiffness of the flex also progressively increases with speed and pressure, allowing the ski to be ridden more aggressively as speeds increase.
