With its youthful, freestyle sensibility and graphic, the twin-tipped Slicer is built for high-performance off-piste freeriding, powder jibbing and even sidecountry touring. Its 98-mm waist is plenty fat for soft snow and powder flotation. Its wood-core, full-sidewall laminate construction gives it power, but the absence of metal keeps it light and lively. Dynastar's Spring Blade core is shaped for maximum thickness underfoot, for solidity on edge, with step-downs toward the progressively thinner tip and tail, for playful smeariness. It's only sold flat (no binding).
