Fischer Motive 80 (2013)
As Fischer's bestseller in the Motive line, the Motive 80 Powerrail is meant for skiers who like skiing a mix of on and off piste. A sandwich sidewall helps it bite hard snow, and a wood and carbon core should help make it more damp while providing torsional rigidity. It has Fischer's Powerrail w/binding system to accommodate various boot sole lengths, but it likely won't transfer energy as well as some of the brand's higher-end w/binding systems.
