Fischer Watea 101 (2010)
This ski responds as well to an aggressive, deliberate style as it does to a subtle, lighter touch. The underside of the tip, shaped like a boat’s hull, is designed to make the ski maneuver and track straight, but the traditional camber and narrower dimensions make it versatile enough for both hardpack and powder. Plus: Forgiving and tolerant of mediocre technique. Minus: Tip chattered at speed; lacked grip on hardpack.
PRICE (MSRP): $925.00
