Fischer X-100 (2010)
More relaxed than the X-120, this boot has a softer flex and a bit more width in the forefoot but the same toes-out stance for quick response. It’s a higher-performing boot than others of comparable width and stiffness because the stance mitigates the loss of precision that comes with greater boot volume. PLUS: The fit seems more anatomically exact than in previous iterations. MINUS: Hard chargers found the flex too soft.
