Jon Olsson’s no-frills pro model skis with confidence and stability everywhere—on icy steeps, in powder, and in the park. Testers noticed a dampness, like a Crown Vic’s super-cushioned ride, that seemed to slow things down even as it arced fast turns on hardpack. PLUS: A pull loop on each side of the upper liner made putting the boot on easy. MINUS: That dampness sacrificed some response during quick turns.
