K2 BackLash (2010)
In our 174 test length, the BackLash was maneuverable and energetic at medium speeds. As with the HardSide (right), that maneuverability likely comes from a slightly rockered tip. It holds a strong edge in all turn radii and is nimble in bumps and trees. PLUS: A capable jack-of-all-trades for adventurous resort skiers. MINUS: Lacks edge control and stability at higher speeds—but many testers blamed this on the short test length.
PRICE (MSRP): $750.00
