K2 HardSide (2010)
Testers ranked it the most forgiving ski here, and among the most maneuverable, probably because of the smooth steerability of the HardSide’s slightly rockered tip. Though it’s got a generous surface area it still manages to have a light and nimble feel. PLUS: A conquer-all mid-fat that does nearly everything well. MINUS: The rockered tip can make you feel there’s less of a platform up front, so don’t fall into the backseat.
