K2 SideKick (2012)
Tester's Review
With its Backside Adventure series, K2 aimed to deliver backcountry-optimized models (lightweight and skin-compatible) that wouldn't disappoint inbounds. It succeeded. Rock-solid on edge in firm snow and smeary and floaty in powder and crud, the rockered SideKick also ate up chutes and bumps (pre-cut skins sold separately).
