Nordica Burner (2012)
The narrowest waist in Nordica' s sidecountry line, the Burner is made for East Coast skiers who occasionally hike or tour for their turns. It has the shortest radius of the sidecountry skis making it the easiest to turn, and it has the same I-Core construction as the rest of the line: a wood and synthetic core that reportedly makes the ski 20-percent lighter than a full wood core and thus more suitable for hiking out-of-bounds.
