Nordica Steadfast (2012)
Tester's Review
The Steadfast, our testers' favorite model in this do-it-all group, is the next-to-narrowest board in Nordica's new sidecountry lineup (in which all models are available with pre-cut climbing skins). But don't dismiss it as simply a tourer's delight; it rails groomers with the confidence of a race ski. Tip rocker lends it a loose, surfy feel and lets it dance nimbly through trees, crud, and bumps, while camber underfoot provides all the edge security one could ever want. " A good choice," one tester noted, " for narrow couloirs."
